Brian Reilly - General Manager

He has opened more than eighteen restaurants and bars in Canada and the U.S. Brian brings a flair for hospitality together with formal education in marketing and hotel/restaurant management. During the past five years he has guided several golf courses with their seasonal openings and improving their customer service and creating operational efficiencies. His previous eight years were spent as an entrepreneur, launching and operating five locations of a Canadian sports bar that was voted best in Canada. Brian's vision, experience, energy and creativity will further strengthen our talented team.
Neil Schmidt - Head Golf Professional
250 491-8211 (ext 211) | Neil@GolfTowerRanch.comNeil is a Kelowna local who brings an unparelled passion for golf and extensive knowledge of the city to The Club. Neil has been playing golf since he was 10 years old and has over 18 years experience in all aspects of the Okanagan's golf business. Neil earned a golf scholarship to California and became a carded Canadian PGA Professional in 1991. He is the recipient of the BCPGA Assistant Professional Award in 1996 and has worked at some of BC's most exceptional clubs including the Kelowna Golf & Country Club, the Harvest Golf Club, Osoyoos Golf and Country Club and Predator Ridge Golf Resort.
Jason Carleton - Superintendent
250 215-3535 | Jason@GolfTowerRanch.comJason Carleton is our newly appointed Superintendent of The Club at Tower Ranch. His past 2 years have been spent growing – in and starting up the new Fred Couples design - The Golf Club at The Rise in Vernon, BC. Previous to that Jason had spent 4 years, 3 of which as Superintendent, at the highly acclaimed Greywolf Golf Course in Invermere, BC. Other stops in his turf career have been at Eagle Ranch, also in Invermere, BC and the Innisfail Golf Club, south of Red Deer, where his career began.
